Return policy for UK customers

  • Price: All prices are in UK Sterling Pounds and are inclusive of VAT at the current applicable rate where appropriate.
  • Availability: Our system automatically acknowledges receipt of your order, but a mere acknowledgment of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer to purchase the item(s).  Although we endeavor to hold stock of all items on our site this cannot be guaranteed so that by acknowledging receipt of your order we are not creating a binding obligation to supply what you have ordered but which we do not have in stock. In the event of unavailability for whatever reason, we will do our best to advise you of the position when we receive your order and await your subsequent instructions.
  • Payments: Via credit/debit card upon secure checkout.
  • Delivery: Orders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours. Wherever possible, orders received before 14.00 UK time from Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Normal postal lead times are UK destinations 3-4 days, Europe 6-7 days, all other areas worldwide 7-14 days, but please allow up to twenty-one days for delivery. We will always do our best to inform you about any delays.
  • UK and overseas deliveries: Our standard shipping uses Royal Mail, Hermes, DPD, and DHL.
  • Customer support and service: If you need to contact us our offices are open (Monday to Friday), 9.00 am – 5.00 pm, outside those hours you can leave a message via the contact us page. We welcome all feedback about our service and try to deal with any difficulties or problems as quickly as possible. In most cases any problems can be resolved immediately by phone but if not we will advise you within 72 hours with an expected timescale for solving the issue.
  • Special Requests: If you have any special requests please let us know at the time of ordering and we will do our utmost to help.
  • Privacy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number, expiring date, and start date/issue no if applicable. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status. We also ask you for your telephone number that enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. The type of information we will collect about you includes Your name, Address, Phone number, Email address, and Credit/debit card details. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.  The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.  The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy.  If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.  We may use technology to track the patterns of behavior of visitors to our site. This can include using a “cookie” that would be stored on your browser. Cookies are safe to use however, you can usually modify your browser to prevent this from happening.   • International Shipping: The customer pays all shipping, insurance, and customs fees, and assumes responsibility for any lost shipments to countries that don't allow us to insure shipments within their borders.

  • Customers can cancel the orders within 14 days of receiving the items that they ordered. 
  • Customers must notify us within 14 days of receiving the items. A full refund will be offered immediately. 
  • Customers have another 14 days to return the items. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the items back.
  • You the customer must contact us within 5 working days if your parcel has not been received within the allocated shipping time for your destination. If you do not and the parcel is returned to us you will be required to pay for a second shipping charge at full cost (Zone 1 - £7, Zone 2 - £10, Zone 3 - £20 up to 30 kg or at cost, Zone 4 - £25 up to 30 kg or at cost and Zone 5, 6 at Cost).

Export policy

  • Customers who place orders from outside of the UK will be treated as export customers.
  • Deliveries to export customers are not free and export customers have to pay the transportation cost.
  • Certain countries can place orders. The transportation cost will appear once you enter the zip code at the checkout.
  • For other countries, we need to find the cost of transport and the customers need to send us an email by visiting the export page.
  • The export customers have to detail the items and the quantities that they want to purchase and provide the delivery address of the recipient. 
  • Export customers shall use the messaging form in the Export button in the navigation bar at the header.
  • We will find out the cost of transportation with the insurance cover and without. We will confirm the findings by email to the export customers.
  • It is the export customer's choice if he/she wants to purchase with or without insurance coverage.
  • We will not be responsible for customs clearance at the destination and it is the export customer who is entirely responsible to deal with the customs office at the destination port. All charges levied by the customs at the destination port are borne by the export customers.
  • Once the export customer places an order the items will be dispatched within 24 hours.
  • Following the dispatch, we will notify the export customer by email of the tracking number of the transporting company. 
  • It is the export customer's duty to follow up on the purchased items using the tracking number and make inquiries with the transport company if needed.
  • We will not take any responsibility if there is a delay in delivering the item.
  • In the event, the export customer decides to return the item he/she may do so. The customer has to arrange the delivery at the customer's own expense.
  • We will refund the cost of the item that was paid. This does not include the insurance premium he paid at the beginning when he made the purchase.
